5.7. Cross reference original / reconditioned / scrap
This page allows you to consult cross references for original
products, reconditioned products and scrap products.
For each of these three types of product it is possible to
make a search by family or directly by code.
To do a cross reference search for an original product:

Select
in the first line (entitled; “original”) a product
family or insert in the text-box beside it the
product code for which you want to display cross
reference information
•
Optionally,
specify other parameters: Make, Catalogue, Category
and Subcategory. These parameters will be used
to limit the search to applicable products
•
Click
the SEARCH button to the right
of the field chosen. See below for information
on how to interpret search results
To do a cross reference search for a reconditioned product:

Select
in the second line (entitled “reconditioned”)
a product family or insert in the text-box beside
it the product code for which you want to display
cross reference information

Optionally,
specify other parameters: Make, Catalogue, Category
and Subcategory. These parameters will be used
to limit the search to applicable products

family or insert in the text-box beside it the
product code for which you want to display cross
reference information

Optionally, specify other parameters: Make, Catalogue,
Category and Subcategory. These parameters will
be used to limit the search to applicable products

Click
the SEARCH button to the right
of the field chosen. See below for information
on how to interpret search results
Search results
Independently of the type of selection made, if the search
was successful the system will display cross references for
the product (or of products related to the family indicated)
in addition to price-list information and applicability (Catalogues
only) of the product chosen.
If the list is very long the first page of results will be
displayed. Click on the “previous/next” page selectors to
see other pages.
By clicking on the product code it is possible to go to the
“Search by product code” page (link) with the product code
already inserted in the search field
Note: when the search is for scrap
products, the data of the price-list refers to the corresponding
original products.
