Accessories, spare parts and 
modification of your HINO 
A wide variety of non-genuine spare parts and accessories for 
HINO vehicles are currently available in the market. Using 
these spare parts and accessories which are not genuine HINO 
products may adversely affect the safety of your vehicle, even 
though these parts may be approved by certain authorities in 
your country. HINO therefore cannot accept any liability or 
guarantee spare parts and accessories which are not genuine 
HINO products, nor for replacement or installation involving 
such parts. 
This vehicle should not be modified with non-genuine HINO 
products. Modification with non-genuine HINO products could 
affect its performance, safety or durability, and may even vio- 
late governmental regulations. In addition, damage or perfor- 
mance problems resulting from the modification may not be 
covered under warranty. 
Installation of a mobile 
two-way radio system 
As the installation of a mobile two-way radio system in your 
vehicle could affect electronic systems such as electronically 
controlled fuel injection pump, electronic engine control system 
and anti-lock brake system, be sure to check with any autho- 
rized HINO dealer or repaired, or another duly qualified and 
equipped professional, for precautionary measures or special 
instructions regarding installation.

SERVICE ASSISTANCE 
Be sure to consult your Hino dealer on any points of dissatisfaction with your Hino vehicle. The Hino dealer's service department has 
sufficient knowledge and the latest information on your Hino vehicle. 
Moreover, the department has the necessary tools, equipment and parts to satisfy the needs for proper maintenance and repair. 
If at any time you are dissatisfied with the dealer's service department, do the following to resolve your problem;
