Detail
- Turn the starter key to the "LOCK" position, wait for more than 90 seconds, and disconnect the connection of the yellow connector of the air bag ECU.
- Turn the starter key to the "ON" position. Measure voltage between the terminals of the ECU connector of the cab main harness as shown in the figure.
Standard value: 20-28 V
- Set the starter key to the "LOCK" position. After a lapse of 90 seconds or longer, measure continuity between the terminals of the connector and the body GND as shown in the figure.
Standard:
A, B: Conducting
C, D: Not conducting

Cab main harness or power supply and/or GND line abnormality

Air bag ECU abnormality
Detail
- Confirm the DTC B2000 is inactive
- Start the engine and let it idling condition.
- Verify the DTC B2000 is inactive.
- DTC Clear
- Clear the DTC with Hino DX
- Confirm the same DTC is not reoccurred
- B2000 is reoccur: Return to first process
- Other DTC appear: Refer to concerned Trouble shooting
