- Turn the starter key to the "LOCK" position. After a lapse of more than 90 seconds, remove the steering column cover and disconnect the connection of the yellow connector of the spiral cable (SRC) at the lower part of the steering column.
- Using the diagnosis monitor, delete the past malfunction code and then output the present malfunction code again.

- Start the engine and let it idling condition.
- Verify the DTC B0103 is inactive.
